If you can sign in to the CarryOn customer app, use the in-app deletion option.
Open the CarryOn customer app.
Go to Profile, then Privacy & Security.
Choose Delete Account and confirm the request.
Driver app
Driver accounts can request deletion through support while we verify account ownership and handle delivery, payout, safety, and compliance records.
Email contact@carryon.my from your registered email address.
Include your registered phone number and write whether this is a customer or driver account.
Our team will verify the request before processing deletion.
